It's not quite cool enough here and Florida to indulge on soup too often, but I had an urge for something light and easy and this fit the bill. My Guy and Teen Boy loved it. Insisted it stay in the recipe book for this winter. So, there you have it. My thoughts? Pretty good. I think adding some sausage or something next time would make it a little heartier, but it's good as is. Will definitely make it at least once this winter.
