heather: Why am I doing this blog? Because... while one of my favorite times of day is cooking dinner, my least favorite time is when the dreaded question pops up... "What's for dinner?" If I haven't created a weekly menu, that question can cause my blood pressure to spike like no one's business. And so I created a very, very long menu that I'm hoping will solve alot of my problems. My goal? To create one new food a day, based on my massive collection of recipes collected from magazines, cookbooks, and mostly, from Pinterest -- an addiction I can't shake! So while I can't promise every dish will be a winner, I CAN promise an honest evaluation how easy it is to a self-taught home cook and how tasty it is to a pretty diverse crowd!
