I love me some citrus! I love me some chicken! And I love me some rosemary! So of course I'm trying this one out. Sadly, after I took it out of the oven, I forgot to take real pictures. So the ones I have are, well, crap. Regardless, the meat fell off the bones and had enough flavor to satisfy everyone at the table (Teen Boy, Teen Girl, My Guy and me). I was kind of sad that I couldn't taste more orange and lemon. I think maybe next time I'll try and cram some under the chicken skin.
