Day 92: Broiled Steehlead Trout with Rosemary, Lemon and Garlic

We don't find much steelhead trout here, so when I see it, I must buy! We love salmon, and this trout is very similar, almost identical, but a little fresher tasting and less fishy. So when I found this fish on sale, I snagged it and hit Pinterest for a recipe to use for the blog. Normally, I broil or grill it with lemon butter and dill, but I wanted to try something different.

This was the result. Flavorful, yummified, meat of the sea!
