Day 123: Garlic Cream Cheese Corn

Looks yummy, doesn't it? And it was, mostly. However, my cream cheese didn't melt quite as beautifully as the picture above. That said, that's my only complaint. It wasn't as "creamy" as it should have  been. Maybe it was my fault. Who knows? Regardless, I'll give it another go before scrapping the recipe.


You can see how NOT creamy it turned out. Still tasted good, though!
