Biscuits and gravy were a staple breakfast in my house when I was growing up. I never cared for sausage gravy, but when I found this recipe, I still had to try it, even though it's probably half a day's worth of calories! For my birthday breakfast, My Guy made this at my request and it was pretty good. The only fault in it, and my family agreed, was the egg mixture. It was a little bit gross, like uncooked scrambled eggs. If we make this again, I'm going to have to find a way to skip that part.
Regardless, the rest of it was great. We just picked that nasty stuff out.
