Day 62: Brazilian Skirt Steak with Golden Garlic Butter

Hungry yet? If you're not starving after seeing that picture, you must be a vegetarian. Or crazy. My Guy cooked this up on Saturday. It was so fast (and according to him, so easy) I was sure it would be tough and pretty bland. Wrong. The garlic was like a crunch, peanut crust on the top of each bite. The butter was perfect, and the meat was still mooing. Okay, I had to cook mine just a tad more, but otherwise, it was fantastic. This will go on our "at least once a month" menu!!
