Day 109: Two Minute Chocolate Chip Cake

I really like this website and have visited it often for recipes (though the background is annoyingly hard to read through). So when I found this 2 minute treat, I jumped at the chance to try it.

Sadly, it was dry and just... odd. Of course,  I didn't have any ice cream or anything to put on it, which probably would have helped with the dry bit. Still, with some tweaking, I might try it again. Maybe cook it a little less....

Day 27: Double Chocolate Pudding Cookies

See! I told you'd I'd have some chocolate recipes. Sadly, this means I didn't sample and resample them, but the one I did eat was milk worthy and the family devoured the rest. I goofed while mixing these, and nearly left out the eggs entirely. So they went in after dry ingredients as I tried to salvage. The turn out was still all right, but the cookies turned out a little flat. I'm no baker so I don't know if the egg issue was the reason for that.
