My apologies. I have no photos of my finished product. I made them for Thanksgiving, and was in the middle of chaos when I pulled them out of the oven. By the time I reached for my camera... these babies were virtually GONE. They might have even been the hit of the "snack table."
I don't even like tomatoes, but because the recipe called for Rotel and it's the only brand I can stomach, I went for it. And HOLY GOSH were they good! They're simple to make, quick to cook, and faster to disappear. Highly recommend you try this one, so GET THE RECIPE HERE.
Side note: I think these would be fantastic with a shrimp on top since they are bite sized!
